At Interloop Dairies Limited, I advanced from Team Leader to Herd Manager, playing a central role in scaling a 160-acre, state-of-the-art farm from 3,000 to 10,000+ Holstein-Friesian cattle — and increasing annual milk production from 13 million to 50 million liters.
